As a special education teacher, I am always looking for high quality educational games that students will keep my interest. My biggest problem is that I have a wide range of developmental stages in my class. This makes it difficult for me to look around for games. I just do not think the children, but this year I have children in the coming years, I think.
Here's what I look for in games:
Settings:
or maysound off and are easy?
or does the music on and off separately from the sound?
or brightness can be adjusted?
Levels:
Or it may be difficult to change a bit 'for the students different?
or students can choose the level that completed?
or are the rewards for completing levels, where?
Or are there incentives for the promotion?
Player:
Or is it the single player or multiplayer game?
o How are the characters portrayed onScreen?
I want the games, the games will be welcoming for students, children want to play where. The graphics and sound are to take the children to keep their attention and stimulate without. Therefore, it is important to turn off that music can be imposed. Not all children process the background music. It must therefore be able to easily switch to some children, while being readily available, to encourage other kids without me, to discoverhow to do it again.
iPhone / iTouch Games for Education
At first I was a bit 'worried for my students on this hand-held games for educational purposes. As I said, I am a teacher education and my students are usually self-centered as it is. Them a handheld game I was afraid, but they are pushed deeper into their world.
However, I found that it was getting stronger and responsibilities taken very quickly. They lovedSing along with some of the songs and games. Obviously it is too early to see if it translates into more say one thing but making noise, and this is progress.
